Recently ate here with the family. It has a nice outdoor seating area that will be great during the cooler months. Inside is cozy with about 15-20 tables. All tables can be configured to fit your size of party. The food was great. We got the Chicago deep dish pizza. Be aware that the deep dish does take 35 mins to make, but it was worth it. There is a kids menu but our kids shared a medium pizza and they were happy. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Stopped here for lunch with my wife. We had an Italian Beef Sandwich with hot peppers and a Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza. The sandwich was pretty perfect. The bread perfectly crispy, and the au jus and hot peppers were both very flavorful. The pizza was also delicious and probably weighed 10 pounds. The only thing id put on a 'wishlist' is that they dont have the pie sized sausage patty that im a such a sucker for. Guy behind the bar was super friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely eat here again.

Save your money. Pizza was quite disappointing! Crust was hard, we got the stuffed crust ,but felt like we were tearing through jerky..Tried dipping in ranch to soften..nothing helped..Sauce was so dry..how is Sauce dry?? tasted old like was outdated and overall pizza was dry,no flavor,and cardboard stiff...what a disappointment..forced to eat it anyway but resulted with an upset stomach. I do not recommend this pizza place...I based it on the pics featured and reviews, but my deep dish stuffed crust pizza was gross, and wish I could get my money back 😫 Come here at your own risk,my experience was terrible! I do not personally recommend!!

First time coming and unfortunately the last. There are some great pizza spots in Katy but this isn’t one of them. Maybe their other food is better but we ordered 2 pizzas to go and both were very subpar. The pizza pictured is their margherita pizza and it’s not like any magherita pizza I’ve ever seen or tasted. It was just a cheese pizza with some tomatoes underneath. Staff was nice. Looks like that had some drink specials. Interesting environment that felt somewhat like a local bar. But it was a Tuesday night we were there. They have a pinball machine which is cool.

Me and the family went here specifically for the Chicago deep dish pizza so my view may be a little skewed because of our intentions....Let's start with the service; it was great and had no problems at all. The young lady serving us was very kind and tended to us accordingly.The service was kinda slow but they seemed to be understaffed so I don't blame them and from my experience, pizza joints tend to lean that way. Either way, it didn't effect my opinion of the place.The atmosphere was ... meh... . Not much to say there. There was a small coin arcade near the entrance that triggered nostalgic memories for me of greasy joysticks and cheesy TV screens. I can appreciate the effort of the arcade in the place, I really liked that touch. Unfortunately I did not get a pic because there were kids playing there and did not want to look like a creep on the account of my slobbish demeanor and probably foul odor that might have been secreting from my pours .So we ordered hot wings ($11) and mozzarella sticks($9). The wings were very good ... maybe a little too much sauce for me. The mozzarella sticks were aight.Then we ordered a 14 in deep dish half cheese and half pepperoni($24).... this is the moment I have been waiting for .It took about 35 mins to arrive ,which is to be expected , it came out hot and beautiful.I was just happy that it was legit chicago deep dish, there seems to be a lot of pizza joints who have "deep dish" pizza options and they are just more bread and not the Chicago way.This was the real deal, it was cheesy, gooey, and acidic where it needed to be.The crust was buttery and almost light . I wish the tomato sauce was a little more inspiring , it fell a little flat there but overall the pizza was great .

I will say being from Chicago burbs, I was so thrilled to finally get some Rosati's! It has been hit or miss. Ordered a CHEEF (Italian beef plus) for a lunch meeting. Was bragging it up and when I opened it, it was a plain IB, no melted moz or peppers. Really deflated my excitement. Next, thin crust pizza for kids/fam was excellent. Next, a couple drive thru's of jumbo slices of sausage pizza were heaven, amazing! Today, went through drive thru for another jumbo sausage slice. Ended up throwing it away. The slice must have been sitting there for quite awhile as it was disgusting. Cheese was hard, crust was warm on bottom and doughy in middle and sauce/sausage were lukewarm. Seems like it was nuked.
I will probably give them (1) more try, but that's it. And yes, I have called back in and just got a lame 'I'm sorry'.

I've been to Chicago many times over the years and developed a taste for deep dish pizza. it's just like eating in Chicago. The associates are always freindly. I always go in for pic ups because it's quicker.

I had high hopes when they opened, coming from Chicago two years ago we were familiar with their product.
The first couple of times we ordered, we weren’t disappointed. Great taste, good portion size, friendly service…
The last few times were extremely disappointing… I prefer our thin crust well done and it was soggy, the sauce was at least an inch away from the crust edge, some ingredients I had to look for, an eight dollar chopped salad was nothing more than a handful of lettuce
(no chicken, two bacon bits)…
We’re done with this location, going back to Cypress….

We ordered on the phone to be picked up. when I got there, it was crowded (everyone loves Rosati's). I went right up to the back, left side to get my pick up. All was ready and packaged nicely, still hot! The young lady was very nice! The monster pizza is soooo good, loaded with toppings! we also got a lasagna with meat sauce. It was also very good! This will be our go to whenever we are in the mood for pizza and/or lasagna!!!

I really like the spinach Gorgonzola salad. Always fresh a tasty. We like their thin crust pizzas which are consistently good. We did a home delivery on our last order and the takeout experience was great. Our order was delivered well within their window by a very courteous driver.

Took my family to the new location in Conroe Texas. I was really excited to check out this new restaurant they had just open up about a month and a half ago. I was absolutely appalled not only with the way that the owner Mike a.k.a. Chicago Mike treated and spoke to his employees In front of the customers, but the way he treated the customers that were there. I have never witnessed an owner of a company physically cussing his employees out in front of everyone and you could tell by the employees eyes that they were terrified. These employees are young kids 16 most likely the youngest and it’s probably their first job. When I brought it up to Mike’s attention he started cussing me out telling me to mind my own business. He’s still steadily was degrading his employees loudly to where my children can hear it. So I got up took my family and we walked out of the establishment. I will never again support this business nor will I allow anyone else to go through what I witnessed and endured. Not only am I writing this review But I will be contacting and complaining to corporate about the owner Mike and how degrading of a person he is. He needs to realize that he is running a business and you cannot treat people the way he is treating them and expect people to support his business in the long run.

Mike is a terrible owner and treats the kids that work for him horribly. He is rude and a liar. If this business is going to survive he is going to have to take a backseat. No one can do anything as good as he can. Sending employees home bc " you can run circles around them" bc you feel you have something to prove to someone isn't going to get your business anywhere but in the garbage!

We placed an order in-person because there were so many issues with the phone orders. Waited 45 minutes before finding out our ticket was still on the counter and they hadn’t even started our order. Waiting another 30+ minutes for our pizza. During this time, there were no less than 20 customers that came in and all but 2 had an issue with their order not going in or being ready. Several orders of hot wings were placed in the refrigerator while waiting on the customers to pick up. When we finally got our food and drove home, we realized they gave us the wrong pizza. The ticket was correct on the outside, but the toppings were completely different. So, we didn’t even enjoy the pizza at all. Tried calling twice and was on hold for 15 minutes before it just disconnected both times.

We had a really bad experience with Rosatis pizza yesterday. We have ordered from them 3 times. They have GREAT pizza but “Chicago Mike”, the so called manager needs a class in professionalism. We ordered 2 pizzas to take out to my mom’s house. They told me to pick up in 35 min. I was there over an hour. People were coming in ordering pizzas and waited less time than we did. Every time I asked how much longer all I was told by the girl up front was sorry 15 more minutes. Basically they skipped over my order. There were about 5 other people in there complaining about the same thing. I asked one of the girls to ask the manager if they couldn’t give me an answer and they both said we aren’t allowed to ask him anything or we get yelled at. Are you kidding me?? My husband talked to Mike the manager and he was extremely rude. He came out of the kitchen with an attitude and didn’t care that at this point we have waited an hour and 45 minutes. I was taken back by how unprofessional he treated us, he literally yelled at my husband!! We still love Rosati’s pizza but will be going to the Kingwood location from now on.

Not many deep dish pizza options in the greater Houston area. This is top 3. Thin crust and deep dish on a single visit and we ate at a nearby park so it was hot instead of a 30 minute drive. excellent crust, not soggy like some. The sauce is boss and the cheese can stretch for miles.

But here in Houston I’ve drove hours to fine a Pizza that serve real Italian sausage meat not them pellet meat balls hate that and Real Mozzarella cheese on top also see the picture I would ask each place to put cheese on top and I never got it and yes I when to most of all the so call Best Pizza places in the surround area of Houston But Now they finally Opened right in my area The Woodlands/Conroe right down the street not 10 min away, it took them awhile to open due to covid I’m sure, I would pass by waiting for them to open, when the sign went up and Chicago was in it I researched it and got excited but then it still took awhile to open but this pass Monday Rosati Chicago Pizza opened, I had called on Mothers Day because I passed by and look like they were open I got happy,but they told me tomorrow we will be open, I decided I’ll wait til the weekend and oooooh boy you got it Now my next order will be the deep dish, like the real Giordano’s in Chicago it was the Best so Rosati Bring it on, My thin crust Real Italian meat, not pellets meat with cheese on top covering the whole pizza not just the middle….was awesome I had a few pieces left over so I’ll have them for breakfast lol lol thats what a Good Pizza will do..

Our first of many experiences at Rosati's. We had tried to order since the grand opening but couldn't get thru. The second day we finally got thru and found out they had been having trouble with phones and internet. So once past that we ordered a 14" deep dish monster, garlic bread, a Rosati's Cheef with giardiniera and a side salad. Everything was great, took the sub for lunch the next day and even reheated was excellent so I know the fresh ones are even better.
The pizza was perfect, not too soupy as you know some get and loads of toppings. Great crust with just the right chew. The salad was loaded nicely for just being a side salad and a good size. And the garlic bread tasted great.
We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Need to be better on time on carry out. Waited additional 20 mins. All I was told that the kitchen was backed up. All good, but not my problem. Need to hire more employees or schedule more for the weekends. Pizza was great, but not worth all the waiting please make the wait better.
